After training in pain management in Dallas Texas and Oxford England, Dr Souter started as a consultant in pain management and anaesthesia in Bath in 1996. A caring and compassionate doctor with a wealth of experience in pain management he remains passionate in his support of patients with persistent pain problems. He has co-authored a textbook on back pain and he also works as a medical expert witness in pain-related cases in the courts.
