Dr Cath Spencer-Smith is a Consultant Sports Physician working across London, Bath, and Bristol. She provides expert diagnostic and non-surgical treatment for runners, sportspeople, and anyone with musculoskeletal concerns, offering virtual consultations for patients elsewhere in the UK.

While Dr Spencer-Smith has extensive experience supporting athletes, her care is not limited to the sporting community—she treats all musculoskeletal conditions, regardless of activity level. She has a particular interest in hip and groin problems, including femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and hip arthritis.
